- Assist with the necessary documentation and creation of the plan.
2. The successful implementation.
- Enrollment meeting
- On-going education of plan features and options.
- Assistance with Financial Planning, Asset Allocation, and retirement planning.
- Encourage greater utilization by participants.
3. On-going monitoring, reporting, and communication.
- On-going communication with Trustees.
- Annual review of the plan with the trustee to insure that the plan is meeting all targeted objectives.
4. Keeping the plan current and responsive to owners and participants needs.
- Assist the trustees with keeping the plan compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist the trustees with modifications to the plan based on internal and market changes.
5. Fiduciary responsibilities.
- Help draft an investment policy statement.
- Ensuring compliance with ERISA section 404©.
- Providing Education and Advice service to plan participants.
